Exactly. Jake or Molumby can play a holding role. Its the creative side and putting the ball in the net that are our issues. Thats where our transfer business needs to be done. If theres money left for a 'Yokuslu' then great.
Doesn’t have to be an either/or….both areas need to be improved.
But with our budget it probably is 'either/or'. I'd rather they spend on 4 good creative/goalscoring players, rather than spread the spend thinly trying to improve all areas at once.
We don’t need another 4 creative players imo. We’re not that far away. Dike, Grant, Robinson, Grady, Swift, Wallace, Phillips. Secure Wallace and add another striker as back up and then we must prioritise a DM and RB in my opinion.
