Got a plan to run every third day and up my distance every third run. That should get me up to where I need to be by the end of Feb. Think I’m going to be training right into the half though, no tapering or anything.
Got a time in mind Duffers? Still chance to get a decent 6 week training block in if your ankle allows.
PB is 1 hour 52, would love to get near that but realistically I’m not in the same shape I was a few years ago. Haven’t done a proper race since the Birmingham half in 2019. Will settle for just getting round and might book another in for later in the year to have a better crack at a time.
