Not at all Dekka, I'm very conscious that we have the same amount in hospital as we did this time last year but I am also aware that we are in a much better position because of vaccinations. The big difference is that we have far fewer restrictions in place this year so I can see the spread being bad, but the hospitalisations being similar.
We also have to be prepared for more restrictions and take them on the chin, we are far less conscious of what is happening than in Spain for instance and seem to have a 'we'll be alright attitude'. The only bright spark I can see coming out of another bad winter is that it should be our last and those that have the 'i don't need to be vaccinated' view will get an almighty kick up the arse.
