According to our Wayne, Tom Lawrence won't be coming.

Speaking to The Athletic journalist Ryan Conway on this subject, Rooney said: “Ask West Brom (about Lawrence). But Tom will be going nowhere. No amount of money will get him out of this football club. That’s for sure.”

However, everyone knows its complete bollocks too , financially Derby are fucked

Maybe this is a manager staking out his ground. If he goes, I'm off. He would either keep a player he values, or be able to leave head high.
We hear that Derby are skint, so you're probably right that they'd have to accept any decent offer.
But no manager can manage properly without the right tools.
