From what I can see Tom there is little impact on the hospitals and the cynic in me would ask why there is such a big focus, could it be to encourage the take up of the vaccine? The stats are consistently heading in the right direction and I'm not too worried about cases as long as they don't translate into hospitalisations. Bolton NHS trust has seen a rise from 12 to 18 in the last day or so, and greater Manchester Trust has none, with Manchester University holding steady at around 30. It doesn't appear to be too bad but definitely one to watch.
