Was there for that, the double header with Tad. Tad were great, Nirvana were okay at best. Obvious that Cobain could be a dick, even then. 1989-ish. Saw them at Goldwyns in '90 and they far better. L7 supported too. Mudhoney were my fave out of that scene.
