It's the individual countries CIM not the EU (which kind of highlights your misunderstanding of how the EU works and why you didn't like it I guess) and as much as I don't understand why they are doing it I can't really believe this is politicking. It is madness though.
And we should really consider closing the borders to Europe at the moment with their cases going through the roof again.
