Currys are a shambles.
They have taken my Dad's TV off him for the third time this year for repair. Second time it was marked for disposal, but that is another story.
Their policy is if they don't get it back to you in 1 week you are elligable for a new TV. They have had it 4 weeks today.
They say you need to ring this number, at 5p a minute. My Dad spend 4hrs trying 3 weeks ago, no answer. He spent 2hrs last Monday, just letting it ring, eventually someone answered and said it was not repairable so we would be sent a voucher to get new TV in store in next few days via email. So not so bad.
Nothing has come, and you keep getting pushed to ring this phone number that no one answers. So looks like another half day, trying that. Shambles
