Yep, been chasing for the purchase code for two weeks now... Requested to speak to a manager, been told twice that someone will contact me, and never do they. Used their webchat = useless. Tried facebook messaging, guy took my details and then stopped replying to me!

they're Facebook is full of people in the same sort of boat as me, deposit paid, no purchase code received.
