When i saw that sequence of games coming up, I was certain that we'd dip in form and lose a few.
Away to Stoke, Preston, Hull... those could easily have been defeats.
Same with Sheff W and Bristol too.
Yet we WON all FIVE !!!!!!
With fixtures piling up, suspensions and injuries building and a lot of games at unorthodox times due to TV coverage 10 points from 5 would have been a very good return IMO, and would have still seen us in the top 2. As it happens we’ve taken 15, and hopefully that’s a sign of the quality we have.
