That's the big worry. Obviously Trump is a repulsive moron, but the number of brain-deads supporting him is almost unbelievable. I say 'almost' because I spent some time in middle America and, though I know it's a sweeping generalisation, I was staggered at how totally ignorant and blindly right wing most of the people were.
