Stoke were going to do the usual and wish him and his family well for the future - but with the amount of kids he’s knocked out, there’s just not enough hours in the day for that much well wishing !

See he’s expected to sign say Sentinel for a Belgian top division team who I’ve never heard of- Zulte Waregem.
Any chance he has of rebuilding his career is abroad. I doubt anyone decent would touch him in England.

My fag packet maths has it at just under £20m. And much as it was Hughes who had the stonker for him, it was our CEO who decided we should more than double his Albion wage on a 5-year contract. A number of similar or worse deals are what's torpedoed us, maybe permanently.
