Carney is the Centrist Dad's Centrist Dad. He is as much to blame for our current economic stupor as any other BoE Chief or Chancellor. Remind what the definition of insanity is?

Yes, we get it Proth. You want to externalise the blame for awful fiscal policy, Brexit and Mervyn King's time as BoE governor onto Carney. Even doing exactly what you wanted with responding to the GFC as he did as BoC governor isn't enough.

And so it proved. I doubt Carney would keep referring to Greenland as "Iceland" either. Imagine the media pile-on if Biden did that but, with Trump, it's not even mentioned.
