Who paid for the KC?

Red Bull Austria GmbH, parent company, so as to take the terms of reference away from the subsidiary concerned ie Red Bull Racing Ltd. 

The very Red Bull GmbH who have been trying to oust Horner from Red Bull Racing Ltd. 

For the record, I despise the man, I despise any harassment to any group. However, I absolutely deploy the cancelling or assigning guilt to people without due process.

I put a post up the other week about naming people who are up on a charge being named this is a bit different as its not a criminal investigation but he is tarnished forever.

Other organisations wouldn't tolerated this sort of behaviour, but seems to be fair game at red bull, it was kept secret, rumoured to have attempted a pay off, he was cleared, the accuser is now suspended. Who knows how many other incidents have been kept under wraps by an nda.

Is that really what all this is about? There's probably people who are getting far worse than that at their workplace who are too scared to say anything. The fact that the accuser has now been suspended will only worsen things for those actually on the recieving end. No one comes out of this looking good.

From what I've seen of the WhatsApp (if what I have seen is correct) there was nothing much in it anyway.
