That's definitely true. Yet some people are consistently angry about nobody specifically being accused of saying there would be a fire sale.

That's definitely true. Yet some people are consistently angry about nobody specifically being accused of saying there would be a fire sale.

No one on here (other than myself) has commented on the two recent articles in the Daily Mail stating we will have a £10k per week salary cap on new players.  Anyone ITK heard if this is true?

He surely has to go down as our worst ever signing. I would have said Zhang but, ironically, Lai footed the bill for him. Of all the things Lai could have funded ffs.

So we were told at the time.  But back then we never knew what was coming with the “loans” and proposed payment arrangements for pereira.  I wonder how that got into the press?
