I think there is only really this thing to be concerned about now, and that’s that Patel gets the club and it goes through before April/May. Both seem fairly certain and if something were to change we can’t control that anyway.
The impatience for confirmation is understandable but let’s remember where we were 12 months ago and be positive

5th in the table with the best manager we could possibly have a wealthy community based new owner on the way. Thank fuck we aren’t bottom with Bruce and Lai, I think the podcast would’ve imploded in a sea of its own misery

A new owner could still advance funds before the sale is confirmed.
777 have already pumped £140m+ into Everton.
A small deposit into the club's current account would be a great sign.
