For whatever reason - possibly stock markets (not for us though as we are a private entity) coordination underway for announcement. Bearing in mind this means coordinating across at least 3 continents
Makes sense. Hope we aren’t going to be disappointed with identity of New Owners when we find out. I have no specific itk about that but if my guess is correct (and it is a guess albeit based on what I have been told broadly about the identity ) exciting times are ahead. Fingers crossed.

Very similar to my view. Would add people I trust seem a mixture of both relaxed and excited, despite the understandable social media flap when people have absolutely no tangible news. Oddly though, the fact that has been so tightly managed is a very good sign.

On the face of it I'd suggest things haven't been managed as tightly as some would have preferred.

Jebus, last time we heard the word "Representative" at director or board level we didn't hear off the cunts for two years and they've managed to run off with 5 to 7 million quid!

It does appear that one or more people who signed the NDA, haven’t been able to keep their mouth(s) shut.

How do you know that they haven’t been allowed to let out tiny snippets, but there again some cannot do anything but put a negative spin on our club.
As I’ve said before I’m really impatient but also excited by what’s happening, let’s keep with the ride and hope the announcement is soon.

An "NDA" doesn't allow anyone to "let out tiny snippets". They are legally watertight. Enforcing them though is a drawn out and costly process.

I know what there supposed to be, but I any business there is always one who cannot keep there gobs shut. The difficulty is finding out who.
Any way let’s hope whoever opened there gob on the Albion takeover is right and I believe it to be.

The purpose of NDA’s is to create a legal agreement that prevents people from passing on information to anyone else who hasn’t signed the NDA. If someone signs an NDA and gives out information which the NDA said they shouldn’t, then they can be sued for financial damages.
So my post wasn’t a negative spin, it was truthful. This is why posters on here have been cryptic with what info they post on here, as they know they could get someone in the shit.

And you have to agree an NDA with EVERYONE who might find out information. You only have to miss out an admin or sub contractor and it's no longer watertight.
