Ashame they can't come in and just splash the cash, FFP is one of the 1st things the need to address I believe. If we go up this season then great if not I'm all for the group to do it as a gradual project as long as they have the club at heart and not a vanity project
It's said that they have the plan for both eventualities and how that investment goes in will adjust accordingly. The belief is that if we did manage promotion this season we wont be left flapping about in terms of having a proper go at consolidation
But you're right, if we stay down to some degree we have to accept the slow and steady road.
If we keep CC he will get us up sooner or later.
Sounds very much Capt that these are serious players and have done their homework on the club and position we are in and know whats needed to successfully move the club forward. If thats correct lets hope and pray there are no 11th hour fugg ups.
Think we all took heart from hearing they have already communicated with the football staff. A really positive sign on many levels I think.

I am with the more prudent. I'd prefer money spent on infrastructure, scouting and Academy. It rarely works when new owners start chucking money around on new managers and players. I'm still not allowing myself to get excited yet, for now just being in the play off area is enough, Lai is still capable of shooting himself ( and all of us) in the foot from here.

Then I reckon you're gonna be pleased. Focus on infrastructure seems to be at the heart of it. From what I'm told.
