It's The Ashes (again)
Commentary having a moan about Australia's fielding tactics. I think they've got it pretty spot on. Set a defensive field and try and limit the scoring in the knowledge England will throw the bat and make mistakes/play ridiculous shots.

It's worked. But it could also backfire. I hope it's the latter. But I can see their plan and I'm not sure it's as bad as is being made out. Negative? Maybe. But it could win them the game! Ali and Robinson have already gotten away with a couple of I'll timed swings!

Just another layer to this fascinating Test.

Aussies favourites at the minute - but anything over 260 will be tricky on a last day pitch with a bit of juice in it

Kohli hasn't facilitated ball tampering with sandpaper as captain to my knowledge. Smith has.

That's the second catch the Aussies have tried to claim when it's clearly not a catch. Blatant cheating.

Odds currently 11/8 England, 10/11 Australia, Draw 7/1. That’s with us 228/7

And there's the mistake and reckless shot from Ali. The Aussies have played this perfectly, unfortunately.

How many overs left in the day? Around 40? If Aussies go at 3's they'll be at 120 at close. Meaning Aussies will need at least another 110 tomorrow in tough bowling conditions, in the assumption we get hardly any more runs and are bowled out quickly.

We need to bat time now. Can we please play the situation!

As I type that last sentence Robinson plays a reverse sweep to Lyon and completely misses it! Bloody hell lads!

Maybe should try using chewing gum in the pocket or some dirt, failing which you could always rake your studs over the ball. Just a thought.

Another wicket needlessly thrown away. Just as we were getting a foothold back in the game.

It's so frustrating. It really is.

A lead of 270 plus gives England the upper hand.
