Yeah, I think trying to run up the hills (Hi Tony!) probably got me fitter without realising. Doubt it's worth trying to reverse it again and run up the super steep hill, I'd be better off running further, gonna aim for 10k by summer.

I did couch to 5k over a year ago, I probably could have started it halfway through as I was fitter than I expected. I'd say I'm a comfortable 5k 3 times a week kinda guy now.

Another 27 min 5K under my belt today, much warmer out than the weather forecast suggested.

7 miles today.
Great thing about working in central London is being able to do a loop around the river. Went up to and across Tower Bridge then all the way along the river to Lambeth Bridge, over and back along the river to the office again.
