It’s a delight.

I concur! the way the pad feels one the different surfaces is very odd and rather compelling!

I opened it and thought, it's not that big... Was going to slide it into a space on my TV unit, and it fits nicely, then I added the stand to hold it steady and damn it won't fit, so had to stand it up and now it looks huge! So quiet though, had my PS4 on to transfer the stuff (would've been quicker re-downloading as I now need to delete some old crap I don't want!) and I could hear something, thought hmmm it's supposed to be quiet, it was the hum of the PS4, the 5 makes zero noise (well less than my tinnitus!)

Just started the download for Cyberpunk. It’s over 100GB!

yeesh, thats 3 dayer with the crap ADSL we get here. I already have a backlog from the recent steam sale (dishonored 1 &2, Doom Eternal, Wolfenstein 2:New Colossus, Monster Hunter World) so I'll probably wait a few months for the price to come down and patches to iron out any bugs.

Baldur's Gate 3 should be out next year as well which is higher on my wish list than Cyberpunk at the minute.

I'm way off you lads (and lasses) but I've just loving the original Doom on PS4.  I don't get much game time and Witcher 3 was becoming a bit too heavy.

Apparently lots of places are getting fresh stock, seemingly almost daily... so I wouldn't give up yet, just need to get lucky.

I really fancied Cyberpunk, but the reviews aren't great. Think I'll wait til next year when the PS5 version properly releases, rather than play a sub-par PS4 version.

Reviews are all very good from what I can see, bugs seem to be the biggest gripe and two patches launched in 2 days

One I read earlier was a 78, which aint great, and a few 3/5 type level. Seemingly lots of bugs even after the 50gb day 0/1 patch.

Given the massive rush and crunch to get it out before Christmas I’d be more surprised if it wasn’t riddled with bugs. Hopefully it’ll still be playable after the patches.

Apparently it’s a game that rewards different play throughs, so will play it from tomorrow then have a another run through next year when the full PS5 update drops.

Yeah, I've read a few good not great reviews but there is a lot out othere saying it's one of the best, most immersive games ever made

As duffers says it seems so many different story routes to take with some key side missions not being avaialble to certain players dependent on how you reacted to an earlier mission etc so a lot of replayable value and they say the side missions are all worth following up due to the level of detail etc

Unfortunately I won't have chance to have a first look until Sunday and the opening 6 hours or so are all about your players skill set and setting the scene but I'm looking forward to giving this one a go faw shaw
