We simply have to pick up a win in our next couple of games or we really are in danger of getting cut adrift in a very small league of teams for survival. We've seemingly sorted the defence but we carry Zero threat up top. It's a worry.

3 games ago I'd have bitten your hand off for 2 nil nils, I take your point but if we avoid defeat at Oxford then that's a run (of sorts). I still think if we can rely on our defence to not give goals away we will eventually find a way to score at the other end.

I genuinely remember thinking that in 91 but we just kept on drawing and ultimately not winning cost us. We were unbeaten in our last 8 games, drawing 7 with just the one win against Leicester. We had six 1-1 draws!

We simply have to beat Oxford. No ifs, buts, or maybes.

A win against Cov wouldn’t be damned impressive. We couldn’t, could we?

Our drawing started later in the season in 91.  Undeated in our last 9 from 1st Aptil to season end. 2 wins  (Swindon & Leicester) and 7 draws. However, before that we had an awful March with 6 defeats in a row.
