Don't need to buy a keeper, if press reported are right. Rather use the Academy to show a route to progression
Use any money to find a creative midfielder...Peirea, Gera, etc.
Bring Darren Moore in to see the season out, then decide what to do.
Build on respect, discipline, belief and WBA way into the team.
Gonna be a 3-4 yr project

What Leeds omitted is that he's sent the plan to Nestor already. i agree that it'd be a waste to bring in another keeper (we can't spot good ones anymore anyway, so would end up with Button's inferior brother!). I don't think we need creative (I know, crazy me saying that as I love my creatives), but I think we need a steely midfield boss, give the defence protection, in turn improving the keeper. And I did consider Moore due to him largely single headedly restoring pride and togetherness in last spell, but maybe not as a manager, can we invent a pride and togetherness coaching roll?? (actually that's maybe not my stupidest ever idea!)

Moore's a great guy, but a League 1 manager at best.

I'm with Bater here. A 6 month contract to steady the ship while restoring some pride and giving us direction but especially to give Nestor time to make a measured decision on getting the next manager right.

Steely midfielder who is a leader/ warrior, in the mould of Derek McInnes or Darren Fletcher.

Do not want a league one manager being our caretaker manager or anyone.
We need a full time appointment with a coach who knows how to get his ideas through to the players.
Ramsey’s record in America is decent any better it would be top clubs looking at him.
Anyhow it might not be him yet let’s wait and see. But certainly no caretaker for me.

Agree with this. We really need a proper experienced leader in the middle in the mold of Scharner or McIness. Someone who the other players are going to look up to.
