For me the answer is no.
Turnaround? No.
I've seen enough to suggest he knows what he's doing pre-match and how he organises us, which suggests he's a good manager.
If he can quickly learn when to influence a game via tactical changes or subs, or both, then we'll become a half-decent side.
The frustration is that we're really not far away, as far as I can tell. We're organised, we have some good players, but we just need to see games out a lot better. It's not terminal, and I'm not ready to write him off as a bust.
He simply has to adapt, and fast.
I disagree that shows he’s a good manager Josh, I think it shows he’s a good organiser and a good coach. Making decisions in game is what makes a good manager.
Question: how long is it reasonable to give him to show he can learn?

Agree, I'm in the giving him time camp but, trying Dike and Bany, even as subs for Heggs and Price would be progressive. It's been talked to death but some (many) of his subs are bewildering.

Knowing what he's doing pre-match is only half the job.
Much more important is how he influences matches once they have started, something he has repeatedly shown himself to be woefully inadequate at.
