Life.

Has it's ups and downs. What really frustrates me is the fact you know all the logic in advice people give you, but it never helps, in terms of picking you up.

Even the 'enjoy good times, as you never know when it'll end' type of advice falls on deaf ears, doesn't it.

I've had a lot of people show concern and love recently, and it really does mean a lot, and this isn't meant to be ungrateful, but all the advice really doesn't help. Nothing gets rid of how you feel other than time.

I'm OK, BTW. In fact, I'm in a good place right now. It's just a general musing.

I'm 37, and life doesn't get any easier, does it? It's really tough, and seemingly gets harder the older you get - but I'd rather that than the alternative.

37, and I simultaneously feel old, like a child, experienced and inexperienced. I haven't a clue what I'm doing with life, or anything, for that matter.

At least the Albion will cheer me up tomorrow.

Life never gets easier, your acceptance of what a load of old shyte it is does.

Albion only get worse, even when we're good, we get worse.

No fucker really knows what they're doing, simply because the most unexpected thing can happen and totally derail your entire fucking life at a minutes notice.

I've had rum, and have splashed my freezer surprise tea over my cooker tip, that's gonna be a bitch to clean when it dries, but I'm too drunk to do it now

Well Josh, here's a piece of advice from well known philosopher Hayes Carll (actually he's a country singer, but what's the diff?)

"There ain't nobody knows how life's gonna happen, only thing to do is live it till it's gone"
