What the hell was that? Shambolic

I left at 3-0 (thank fuck) the earliest I have ever left a game in 40 years. I have seen some woeful performances and managerial decisions but today y was abysmal.

The manager has barely anytime to coach the team so he changes it to three at the back and places Johnson as right wing back then in the next match Price ffs!

He picks the same three centre halves who shipped in three goals on Friday and keeps the worst of the bunch on the pitch as we concede five just four days later.

We cannot play this system it’s doesn’t suit the players and they look completely lost and frustrated trying to make it work. Maybe if we get a few weeks on the training pitch it might click, but again we don’t have that luxury so don’t try and change everything with barely any time to practice what you want and not what we need right now.

I have never seen a manager make so many needless mistakes in two games. I hope this post bites me on the arse and we start to turn things around and the manager’s fixation with three at the back and wingbacks works and we stay up.

However currently I am scratching my head at what I’ve just witnessed which was let’s be honest embarrassing.

All correct there Derek.

How to destroy any goodwill in your second game by Ramsey there.

Yep. The sign of a good manager is not changing what doesn't need changing. It was my biggest criticism of both Bruce and Mowbray.

I fear for him if/when we lose on Friday.

Maja on the right. Grant through the middle... the players will rightly get stick but square pegs in round holes and they looked lost
