Concentrating on the League

Up until today, we looked like we were concentrating on the cup.

I’m resigned to relegation and really not that fussed. We need a clear out and something to re-ignite the club and that won’t happen circling the Champ plug hole. Might be a Sunderland stylie, where it takes a while and a bit of churn but sobeit. Don’t think these owners will be the ones that create success, but they should always be respected for saving us from Lai.

Whatever happens, I’ll be there and I’ll be on here spouting shit., doesn’t really matter what league we are in when you weigh it all up.

I'm not writing him off. Seen enough the past 3 games to give me hope we'll scrape through.

Only if draws and defeats were enough. Blackburn have won and won well…. AWAY……. remember what that felt like?   Huh

This guy looks every bit as bad as the last. At least he won a cluster of his first few. This guy doesn’t look like he could inspire a win if it was against a team of U16s. Yes - there have been two decent-ish clean sheet games, but we just don’t win any. If you don’t win games, well… look at Wolves.

Your second point echoes my thoughts, Hawks. We’re not prepared to spend big money on (and give transfer money to) “bigger” coaches. I’d love a Cooper or Dyche type here, but we’re not going to pay for them.

I wish it had been Cooper from the off. But that may well not have been possible (he may even have said no at the time; I had far too much going on back then to really remember/pay attention to it all too clearly, despite welcoming our ‘man of the moment’).
