If you don't want to be filmed then you're probably doing something you shouldn't be! In this instance, surely it's a good thing an assault is caught on camera, so those guilty can face the correct punishment.

I do find it sad and cringe, though, when you see a big event, be it sporting, concerts, or whatever, and you can see all the fans with their phones out recording it.
