Always the way. Pretty confident we tried it when in the PL and it backfired similarly. Was it the Crystal Palace 2-2.

Think it was Chelsea away midweek under Robson where we rested half our team and lost 4-0. We then played Blues at home on the Saturday and lost.

To be fair they have absolutely battered Millwall. But couldn't get the ball in the net.
Nearly 70% possession. Double the shots. Millwall have made 57 clearances. But results are what are judged at the end of the day.

You just put you and your team under so much pressure. Its the Championship, we are bang average, why would you not put your best team out.

I really don't think it was a selection issue on Saturday but a mentality issue, they started fine and just collapsed after the first goal went in. Looking at their results it's a familiar pattern away from home.

I didn't see one decent contribution from any of 'em. I'd have to question the manager too, huge gaps AOTS and it wasn't like they were pressing us.

Whereas, Bristol City were also pretty awful, but their number 7, Yu Hirakawa, who came on as a sub looked decent, Stoke clearly have a good goalkeeper in Johansson, etc. |
