Just seen on the news they've found his body just off the coast of Belgium.

What an absolute nightmare. Glad that they have found him.

Some extremely fit and strong swimmers (like this poor gentleman Iain Hughes) have perished swimming the Channel. Aside from the actual endurance challenge, it is hard to imagine skirting around all the ships in the world's busiest stretch of water.
