Tonight’s film
#21
I recently watched The shape of water, which is seriously weird but I stuck with it. I keep meaning to make a start on Three billboards, which I have recorded and waiting, but as yet unstarted.

Can any of you film buffs explain to me why Mulholland Drive is regarded as a classic? I just don't get the appeal.

I'd be intrigued. I think it's dire. Awful acting as well.

I wonder (Mulholland Drive), if it is because it is set in Hollywood. He has certainly made better. Blue Velvet for one, chilling, disturbing and funny, all at the same time.
Tonight's film is going to be Lucky. Harry Dean Stanton's final film. It's been recommended to me by someone that saw it and thought of me. Not flattering at all from reading reviews, but anyway!
