The ascent into the Black Country Alpine Region starts at the Bramford Arms.

Sadly, Base Camp Prince Of Wales has been demolished.

Yea, I liked the Prince of Wales, my in laws live/lived next door but one. Sadly, now ‘executive homes’.

Tomorrow could be chaos as temperatures don’t look to rise above 0 with all the snow and water about there is going to be an ice rink. Glad I’m staying home, just walked to Dr’s in  Harborne because of persistent cough nearly killed me walking tho ice sludge and snow. Stay safe all.

My lads football tomorrow. No snow here and forecast sunny tomorrow (only 3c though). I'll dig out the thermals
