I think Leicester are done and I think Oxford are a lot worse than us so unless Sheffield Wednesday get 57 points from a possible 48 then we'll be okay. I also think by the end of the season we'll finish above Charlton, Blackburn and Portsmouth. While a couple of sides like QPR and Stoke will fall off a cliff and their seasons peter out. Agree with you on QPR and possibly Stoke. Both are in dire form and poor sides. It won’t be long before they are sucked into it. QPR on a real slide. But with 44 points they probably only need a win and a couple of draws from 14 games. RE: Prepareing for relegation - AlsoKeithCurlesToePoke - 02-15-2026 Coventry, Charlton, Oxford next - minimum acceptable return 4 points and don't lose to Oxford? I think we should survive..it should be comfortable. Don't think the managerial change helped, but things seem to have settled down again and I was impressed by our approach and structure at Blues. Can't afford any more injuries and Ramsey doesn't need to try any space jazz football systems. I think we are capable of winning 4 or 5 more games, and 4 will be enough if they include Oxford, Blackburn and Sheff Wed. As it stands those injury time goals conceeded to Leicester have really hurt us. RE: Prepareing for relegation - Hughie Reed 31 - 02-15-2026 The next 3 games will tell us everything Expect nothing against Coventry Charlton must win Oxford must not lose I really hope Mr Ramsay succeeds as I want him to do well but this is on the owner He made the decision to give him the job if it all goes tits up I’ll be blaming him Not Ramsay it’s not his fault he accepted the job. RE: Prepareing for relegation - Dumbo - 02-15-2026 Oxford - must not lose. Oh how the mighty have fallen. We've got no chance of winning 3 away games out of the 6 left . |
