Hmm

No you weren't, you were ridiculed for thinking Brexit would magically fix the UK being aging and sclerotic.

I'm not sure he ever said that it would fix an aging nation. There was the opportunity (and still is) to sort out the second but is somewhat hampered by dreadful government over the last however many years that ties our hands.

No, I didn't. Which is the reason I wouldn't have created a hostile environment to EU migrants.

That has nothing to do with the EU, we had that opportunity as a member state. The fact is that the UK has gone from leading the innovation on SMR in nuclear to being invited by Sweden to join a much more advanced SMR project to help us catch up in less than a decade. Or the fact that Poland is on track to overtake us on median income.

You campaigned and voted for Leave. The campaign you championed was being led by Farage, Johnson etc on a platform of anti immigration rhetoric! You’re admitting there was no coherent plan for what leaving meant in reality, what an irresponsible position to take.

Wrong kind of Leave Campaign.

Yawn. You're welcome to revisit my posts from 2016. I have little interest in what someone has to to say who's never campaigned on a position irresponsible or otherwise in his life.

If you'd really have cared you could got involved with Remain.

I guess this is the closest we will ever get to Proth admitting that he is wrong about anything.

I was very wrong in believing Parliament as a whole had the capability to craft a withdrawal from the EU.

Who did you ever believe in the Tory party at that point was anywhere near competent enough to oversee that? And likely in any way to be a leader who would oversee it? It’s not like plenty of us on here weren’t telling you how flawed it all was well in advance
