Simply in Forest we have a club with a great history 20 years in the doldrums and it freshens things up the thought they might be back in the big time. It’s similar to us in 2002 or so where the media was much more friendly to us.
The likes of Forest, Leeds and Bristol C keep the promotion race more interesting to the neutral rather than clubs like us and Fulham who have been there recently.

Well I’d call it a great history due to the Clough era. A title, runners up, 2 European Cups, a couple of League Cups put them on the map so just because they weren’t going toe to toe with the likes of Huddersfield when everyone had returned from Flanders, and had handlebar moustaches, doesn’t do it. I still think they are hugely on the historic map.
Anyway, really don’t buy into the Albion conspiracy theory at all. We’ve been relatively anonymous as have most W Mid clubs for too long.

The non entity and recent Prem/promotion team that is Fulham still seem to garner a lot of media coverage and positive narrative so don’t but the ‘interesting’ Forest narrative.
Albion are the best team in the League, scoring the most goals so really should be the major narrative in any programming until otherwise.

All subjective stuff. You find what you look for. If you think there’s an anti Albion agenda then you’ll notice the negative stuff.

We're not really the story, I'm afraid. Boinging team bounces back again and all that clichéd stuff.

If they go up it'll be Leeds.
Revie, the great Dirty Leeds team, sleeping giant and all that.
Similar story with Forest. 

From a national perspective it's fair enough IMO. Lots of chances to relive some interesting football times (more interesting than right now in the PL).
Obviously our version of the story is different. But maybe we're a tiny bit biased,.....?
