A perfect 7 out of 7 for me in being completely unable to buy match tickets starting from West Ham last year-something that never happened once before they introduced this dog shit ticketing system.

Needless to say a different error code this time to any before-and no response from the usually helpful ticket office this time.

This is what I keep getting though I've nothing any different to previously:

Link your Customer ID number to access your ticket purchasing history.

Error
We were unable to link your account. Please contact the Ticket Office at tickets@wbafc.co.uk and include your Customer ID number

Are others doing any better ?

Bloody Hudds is my home match so I'd better not miss out..
Go onto the homepage and click on the Hudds/Blackpool tickets news story.
Click on the link "click here for instructions" then click on "login.wba.co.uk".
Click on "link account number" then click on "continue to tickets".
Hopefully that should work for you.
For additional reference, you need to link your MyAlbion account with ticket / (old) membership account.

Otherwise, it throws above wobbler per your paste in post.
Thanks for heads up both.

Sadly I've done all this before and I'm going round in circles.   End up being invited to sign up for an "Albion Single Account" whatever the fuck that means.   To be clear I linked my account before the West Ham game last year and have made multiple purchases-with difficulty-so why I should be kicked out yet again is an utter mystery.

Without question, as someone who owns an e-commerce business, this is the biggest crock of shite website I have literally ever seen-dead ends all over the place.  It has taken me literally hours to make all 6 previous ticket purchases-I'm a STH so don't have to do it every week thank god-this one now the 7th.   Whoever is in charge of this should be fired today.

I thought the account linking only came in at the start of this season? Could explain things? I could be wrong though.
The ticketing system played me up yesterday and the time previous, having had few issues prior to this. Its, er..., temperamental to say the least!
