I had problems. First I was not allowed to buy, then it allowed me to buy then at the point of keying in card details it kicked me out again. Took over an hour and each time it said initially buy ticket then kicked me out. Ticket office hot line was full and that cut me off as well. Eventually was allowed to buy but awful system.

Sadly I've done all this before and I'm going round in circles. End up being invited to sign up for an "Albion Single Account" whatever the fuck that means. To be clear I linked my account before the West Ham game last year and have made multiple purchases-with difficulty-so why I should be kicked out yet again is an utter mystery.
Without question, as someone who owns an e-commerce business, this is the biggest crock of shite website I have literally ever seen-dead ends all over the place. It has taken me literally hours to make all 6 previous ticket purchases-I'm a STH so don't have to do it every week thank god-this one now the 7th. Whoever is in charge of this should be fired today.
Just ring the ticket office sorted in 5 minutes.

I eventually got Hudds tickets at 3pm after about 3 hours of trying. Worryingly still not sure how I managed to do it, which doesn't bode well for future attempts.
Buoyed by my unexpected success I went for the double with the Blackpool tickets, only to be told repeatedly that I couldn't buy 2 adult tickets as HWB Jnr wasn't an adult (he was 5 minutes earlier for the Hudds game). Well he is an adult and certainly isn't under 19 which was the criterion for buying cheaper tickets.
Seriously, every single attempt to buy single match tickets on that site is an absolute shitshow. God knows how much money the club must be losing on walk-ups for home games.
I saw that this was acknowledged in the last Assembly minutes, but if anyone on here has influence can they please emphasise how utterly crap this is.
On a more cheerful note, if any of you lot fancy the Dewsbury West Riding/Mirfield Navigation/Hudds Head of Steam beer run pre-match I'd be delighted to meet up !!!
I bought my Huddersfield ticket Monday 10am and then at lunchtime my mate who didn't think he could go text to say he could so I got him a ticket (one of my family and friends).
Typically his ticket came in the post today (to my address) and mine hasn't!
Hopefully arrive tomorrow if not i'll have to call/email.

Whomever did the transition planning and installation for the (old) membership, linking of myalbion & ticketing system and it's softwares - needs sacking IMVHO. It's absolutely diabolical the way it functions (or does not as the case maybe) and the amount of members who have had issues with it!
I reckon we employed the Indian lad based in India who's main expertise is Excel spreadsheets (I recall he assisted either Hawkpip or Hudds in the past).
Can't seem to get blackpool tickets, says restricted access, I'm HST.
Bought tickets for Huddersfield online with no hassle. Blackpool showed up as restricted though. Couldn't phone as it was online sales (fucking joke) only until today.
Rang up as they were still restricted today. Had a twenty five minute wait in the call queue which is the quickest response I've had via phone this season.
The utter wank puffin who designed that ticket site needs his scrotum split and pulled up over his ears. If it was a wench the same applies fanny flaps wise.

...and there you go. No access to Blackpool tickets at all-takes me to a seat plan (which doesn't work) for the Hudds match-for which I bought tickets yesterday.
