Agreed on all counts.

Allardyce was left with a mid championship midfield, plus pereiras best mate for a premier league season. Oh, and with just HRK and Austin up front. I hate to tell people but we’re actually playing a lot better now than was probably even imaginable.

Had we had BFS in pre-season with his 4 additions and the Grady and Grant money we would be a mid to lower mid table side.

And that's what frustrates me most. Just like 2017, this is an avoidable relegation.

As much as I dislike the PL, we need as much PL money as we can get, especially as promotion from the Championship gets harder with every year.

It is. If Dowling knew Bilic had no intention of staying on he should have got rid at the end of the Season with a big thank you.
