Today is proving this correct. We have absolutely no control over midfield, and we are missing him, in his absence.

We had no control over the midfield against Barnsley and he was playing. Plus he went to sleep for their goal. So no, its not that simple.

Slaven has tried changing it about a bit in order to keep players fresh during this hectic period and it isn’t working too well. I think we’re gonna be disjointed for a few more games yet.
