Ancelotti

Could be a perfect fit, Ancelotti for Everton: a substantial manager who has slipped somewhat from his peak years for a club about whom exactly the same is true. I'm frequently surprised at the number of people who have no real feel for just how big a club Everton once were (not on here, by the way).

They just need that first win quickly to try and get back in the pack. It'd be great if they could start putting a run together. It'd properly shit the fishy ones up!  Big Grin

Villa’s next three being Saints H, Norwich H and Watford A will define their season IMO.

Glad they’ve landed when Mings is out and they’ve had no chance to bring a January striker in.

They take 6 points from that and they’re realistically only 4 wins from safety... anything less than that and it looks a long run in.

Mings being out could be a blessing in disguise for them. He ain't all that.
