Just added this to another post but it really deserves its own as it truly exposes the bullshit of labour claiming the NHS is better under them. This was 10 yrs into a labour government and is far more serious than a 4 yr old on a pile of coats

The NHS is failing, because people abuse it.

It was also founded when the population was 40 odd million. It is now 60 odd million.

Maybe if you had to pay for GP appointments, people wouldn't 'No show' so much. Or more practically, fine the no shows.
