I absolutely hate treadmill running, just me on a machine in front of a massive mirror so I can just watch myself jiggling.
Treadmill can be an absolute godsend given what you've said in your earlier post about lacking time and energy. I've currently got one on order for the garage, will certainly help out on those days where it's freezing cold or where I'm pushed for time.
We've got a little gym in the basement of our building, nothing too exciting just a couple of treadmills, bikes, weights, etc but it makes it easy to do a quick workout over lunch when you're WFH. Half an hour on the bike or treadmill, then 15-20 minsr on the weights and you're back.
I'm usually in the office up in the city once or twice a week and try to get out along the Thames at least once a week.
