I've been fairly consistent with 2-3 10ks a week until last week where work and a stag do got in the way. Played 5 a side on the stag which isn't a completely different type of fitness I'm used to, hurt in places I'd forgotten about! Nightmare week of work this and next, hopefully get out this weekend at some point and then back on track towards the end of next week.
