Did a 6.5 miler yesterday to keep myself warm for the weekend’s big one - 11.
Annoyingly despite running more than I have in years I’m also heavier than I have been in a long old time. I’d like to think it’s all down to extra muscle being packed on, but realistically my son is going through sleep regression and I’m permanently knackered! Been hammering the carbs and sugary stuff just to stay functioning.
