Any of you biffs use strava? have done for a while...was wondering if the pro version was worth getting?
I've got a subscription. Allows you better analyse and compare your sessions (splits for reps etc) rather than just an overall pace analysis. That's the main one for me. Plus it's about £30 a year so it's really not too expensive. Failing that you can do all the above on Garmin Connect I just much prefer the interface on Strava, Garmin connect isn't the best I don't think.
