Thanks for the feedback. Currently I’m just focusing on distance, trying to incorporate a few hills into my runs and building that mentality of just keeping going, even if it feels like I have to plod for a bit. I’m not too worried about time, but it’s good to get a gauge for what I should be doing.
My aim is to be able to do a half marathon around September / October time.
