I can’t see past Cardiff and Fulham as automatic, then look around at the rest and think have they really got a better chance than us? With the further signings Bilic expects, I could see us winning the play-offs!

Get a goalscorer in and we'll be top 2 IMO.

Based on Stoke keeping it's squad and a few additions and I think the Pulis factor influenced the Boro odds.

With Fulham having a quality squad valued at £165 million it gives them an expected promotional place. With a green manager as we know it can go horribly wrong. Sulking players and a few injuries. wrong tactics and even getting a play off place can become a major struggle. I don't believe Norwich or Sheff Utd were in the top ten of betting odds last year.
