If he's seriously thinking of going to Swansea, who have slashed their budget dramatically in spite of their financial security, then I doubt that.

If Jenkins had done anything near to the extent that the Swansea board have done then the A41 all the way from West Brom town centre to Handsworth would have effigies of both Jenkins and Lai hanging from every lamppost. We have stalled, they are borderline asset stripping.
