On North Devon.

Have no idea what would constitute a good motor cycle route. But Combe Martin might be a good place to stay.
Pack o Cards pub has accommodation (other places are available) and it did have a small museum of old photos, some if which are of big motor cycle groups visiting the pub from yesterday year.

Still get large groups of motor cyclists come through village on a regular basis during spring and summer months.
