It's not protecting kids to sterilise the wrong person because of a miscarriage of justice

You might be amazed to know there are many abusive parents that are never prosecuted, despite police having all the evidence because they don't want to put children through more trauma. But as BB says we wouldn't want a system that sterilises the wrong person either.
